What Causes Itching From The Armpit To The Hip?

hi ...I have a bad itch all on one side (right) with what looks like I have been scratching myself from armpit to just above hip area all on the right side ....been going on for about 3 weeks now ....been using polysporin antibiotic cream on it and it cools it down somewhat but it still persists.

Hello dear, you might be having a fungal infection or your skin might have been dry. Take bath twice, dry your skin properly with soft dry cloth, wear clean and loose outfits , if possible wash ur inners in warm water added with dettol solution.
After bath apply calamine solution.
