What Causes Itching In Arms, Legs, Neck And Back?

i am 29 yrs old 119 lbs 1.62 cm, i am experiencing severe itchin in my arms legs neck face and back 2 weeks after getting sunburn, i have rashes in those areas. i have put on calamine, used claritin, and slathered aloe vera lotion but it still itches.. whats supposed to be my problem?
