What Causes Itching In Feet, Head, Hands And Scrotum?

Yea my feet (especially toes) have been severely itching at night.. my head and some itching on my scrotum. I told my Dr. I thought it was a parasite (not scabies) I had them many years ago when I was younger. And they were very evident and on my hands and feet etc. This thing I can with a magnifeing glass see tiny black dots on the cotton swab when I swab an area. They did nothing.. what do you think?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
i have gone through your query. Scabies will have burrowing lesions. It is better to rule out with the help of a dermatologist. If you send a picture of the lesions then it will be more helpful in identifying. If it is that then applying creams like permethrin will be helpful. It should be left for 8 hours and wash. Ivermectin orally also is given for some cases. Taking antihistamines like cetirizine will be helpful for itching.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
