General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.as the itching started in the ear lobe and then spread to the front it seems that it is due to some external fungal infection.though you have applied miconazole locally ,you have to add Tab Fluconazole once a week dose for a couple of weeks but it is better if you take Fluconazole under the guidance of a skin doctor.I hope ,with simultaneous use of Miconazole and Fluconazole you will get rid of this itching .my best wishes .thank you.
