What Causes Itching In The Armpits And Inner Thighs?
i have itching underneath both armpits, both inner thighs and behind both knees. it is irritating and by scratching it looks like i bring on a rash like irritation. i am going through menopause, which does not help as Hot flashes make me sweat and irritates where I have scratched. What is this? What labs should I check? Is it lymphatic?

No, that is not lymphatic. It is fungal rash present in fold areas as you prescribed and precipitated by hormonal therapy.
Just apply clotrimazole cream locally combined with steroid hydrocortisone cream.
If not working should consult with a dermatologist as might need prescription meds.
