What Causes Itching In The Groin Area After An Abortion?
I just had a surgical abortion 5 days ago. My vagina and the area in between my thighs and buttocks have been itchy. I think I may have been scratching in my sleep so now there is a lot of redness and some bumps. Is there some type of ointment I can use to relieve me from this?

Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. I suggest using Miconazole cream for local application.
I also suggest using Diflucan for three days one tablet a day. To relieve the itching, I suggest using Cetirizine daily.
