What Causes Itching In The Neck And Ears During Sleep?

I m itching when I go to bed, mainly my neck and ears, but then it continues to the rest of my body. This keeps me awake for at least an hour,sometimes two or three hours. What could be causing this. I ve tried taking my shower at night but that didn t help. It s driving me crazy!

You seems to be allergic to something but it may be bed bugs too. Take antihistamines for few days it will help
