What Causes Itching In The Palms And Soles Along With Joints Pain?

i got a viral exanthem 4 days back, fever with generalized rash and I just treated myself symptomatically with Panadol. my rash has resolved today but my palms & soles are very itchy, kindly tell me ssome therapy for that.. And I have pain in my joints, ankle, writs, knees, PIPS, DIPS and my fingers are lil bit swollen too, is that because of viral infection?

all are due to viral exanthem..itching will pass on its own ..for the time being u can take tab levocetrizine 5 mg two times ...but take proper rest and proper diet..
