Hi, It could be due to dermatitis of vulva or vulvovaginitis or thrush or rarely vulvovaginal candidiasis. You can go for clinical examination by dermatologist and swab tests for microscopic examination. You should take treatment like moisturizer creams or lubricants KY gelly before sex,use cool compression, wash genital regularly using sorbolene cream instead of soap. Avoid using talcum powder, irritant soaps, bath oils etc. If problem persists then consult skin specialist.
