What Causes Itching Inside Penis?

I have been experiencing an itch inside my penis and wheni squeeze it to relieve this itch I feel a burning sensation. There is no blood or pus visible and I have been with the same faithful woman for five years . What might cause this? It feels as if its from the head all the way to past my scrotum.
