What Causes Itching Inside Scrotum?

My 14 year old has been complaining about an itchy feeling inside of his scrotum. His doctor has looked at it and sees not signs of fungal infection. He is still insisting that it is itching buy, only on the inside not outside. What could be the problem?

Itching inside scrotum may be due to reasons of following.
Hydrocele, infection , varicocele.
So you should go for ultra sound first of all to rule out these possibilities and complete blood count then consult your family physician.
