What Causes Itching Inside The Penis?
I have an itch inside my penis along with rash like symptoms with chaffed skin on my penis. Was thinking it could be a yeast infection. I have not been sexually active in 6 months and was tested for STD around that same time and was fine. Could it be a yeast infection?

From what you have written it does look like a fungal infection.
Avoid using any soaps or soap products in your genital area. wash with just plain water. Dry thoroughly. See that your genital area is not sweaty. wear cotton underpants. Avoid wearing tight underpants or trousers.
You could try 1% clotrimazole cream three times a
day for 1 week. Alternatively you could also use Micanozole 2% twice a day for 1 week
