What Causes Itching Inside The Scrotum And Penis With History Of Vasectomy?

I have itching inside , the tissue lining, of my scrotum. The itching does not start until I roll the skin and the itch is internal, not dermatitis. I had a vasectomy 15 years ago. The itching first started at the base of my penis, Again it is internal. No pain or burning or visible rash, bumps. no sexual contact for years, am 64 yo.

I really appreciate your concern, such itching could be due to fungal infection and it can be well treated with "Miconazole cream" apply this three times in day, take care for hygiene, and this is noting to worry, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
