What Causes Itching Like Irritation Near Vagina?
Hi doctor...I wanna ask that my vigina s lower coner start irritation kind like itching... and then on labia minora n in night totally on clitoris and little in near vigina.. n clear discharge don t know from where means near clitoris or from vigina...n itching on anus too as had lil constipation...I had sex on 18 night and took I pill in 20th night ....plz tell me I m feeling not well n depressed too labia minora n clit swallowed I itched alot today....plz tell me solution..

* As per my clinical experience, the itching like irritation near vagina indicates possible bacterial or fungal infection most likely. Guidelines for better recovery
- keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid
- local application of aloe vera gel for soothng purpose
- ketoconazole or fluconazole cream for local application
- anti histamine as cetrizine or diphenhydramine depending upon the severity of itching
- use sterile pads and take care during vaginal douche
- wipe the vagina area from front to back after wash room use to avoid contamination with fecal flora
- drink plenty of liquids
- avoid vaginal or anal intercourse till complete recovery
- prescription of antibacterial and anti fungal medicines depend upon the clinician evaluation and judgmenet.
