What Causes Itching On Arms, Soles Of Feet, Head, Face And Back?

I itch all the time. Arms, soles of feet, head, face, back,etc. There is no rash. Itching seems to be random and I cannot find a cause. There are certain places (underneath left nostril) (a certain spot on my back) that itch repeatedly but there doesn t seem to be any reason , criteria , etc.

Generalized itching at various part of body may be due to various reasons, like
1. Allergy to some substance
2. Underlying liver disease
3. Kidney failure and uremia
4. Old age

Here no information about your age and other associated symptoms are present, hence exact cause can not be determined.

It is always better to investigate and evaluate further rather than guessing.

I suggest you to visit a physician who may prescribe some tests like Liver Function Test, Renal Function Test etc to diagnose the underlying illness and treat you accordingly.
