I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.
As per your complain it seems that itching in palms and fingers is due to allergic reaction to some unknown allergen and an range from certain washing powders to chillies or any other chemical substances or foods.. You need to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in confirming the cause and investigations like RAST TEST, Patch test etc can be done to rule out the allergen and treatment can be planned accordingly.. Anti-allergics like benadry and allegra can be advised orally as well as topical application of steroid ointment and calamine lotion can help.. Do cold compresses or dip your palms in cold water.. An immunotherapy can be given to you to reduce the severity of allergic symptoms..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora
