Hi, It is a common reaction to feel itching after liposuction. Do not scratch, as it may irritate the skin and cause negative effect on recovery. Itching is a sign of healing. Take care of your hygiene, wear cotton clothes avoid wearing compression garments. Keep yourself well hydrated, you can apply a cold compress for relieve from itching. Take antihistamines after consultation with your treating doctor. If itching gets worse contact your doctor who did the liposuction, you need to be physically examined as it can be a sign of infection or serious allergic reaction. Hope I have answered your query.
