What Causes Itching On The Upper Abdomen While On Vitamin Supplements?

I m male at 59, take no medications with no other symptoms other than below. I take a daily A, B, B12 etc vitamin, palmetto grass capsule. In the upper abdomen, I get days with continuous itchiness. I have several mole looking things on my abdomen and a few on my back, all itch from time to time. They have shown-up slowly over years. (20) Is this viral? Diet?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think it's not related to vitamin supplements. Itching over a pre-existing is a sign of malignant change. Need to check with a dermatologist and possibly biopsy if required to rule out skin cancer.
