Your symptoms show you are allergic to Norfloxacin. It is common occurrence to have allergy to Sulponamide drugs as well as Flouroquinolone class. Whenever this happens pleas keep any steroid ointment handy. The best way out in your case is prevention. Do not take drugs with -floxacin suffix and drugs like Bactrim DS or Septran DS OR nitrofurantoin. For gastroenteritis you can easily substitute floxacin drugs by other antibacterials like Augmentin 375 or 625 depending on our weight. I hope that helped.
