What Causes Itching, Pain And Discomfort In Lower Back?

Hi, I am 6ft 1 inch and weigh around 86 kg.I am 23 years old. For the past few days I have some Itching ( a little pain in the lowermost part of spine. I play badminton regularly. While sitting for a long tome during office hours or when stretching I feel a little discomfort in the lower part of spine.
