What Causes Itching Penis After Ejaculation?
Hi, two years ago I had sex with a woman. Unfortunately the condom came off. Since then I have noticed an itch on my glans following ejacualtion. On inspection there appear to be areas of irritaion on the glans and irritated foreskin. I do not get discharge and between ejaculation I have no symptoms. I have done a screening urine test which did not reveal any STIs. Advice would be helpful.

Hi,
This could be a fungal infection and the condition is called balanoposthitis. I would advise you to apply ointment Miconazone along with ointment Betnovate in 50:50 ratio for 3 days twice daily. Thereafter stop Betnovate and continue applying only ointment miconazole for next 10 days or more.
