What Causes Itching Rash On Legs And Arms?

I have this rash on my body and it itches. I also get brusing my the area where the rash is. It is on my trunk and spreading down my legs and arms. I'v been to 3 dr and a dermatologist and a oncolgist. No one is helping me > Nothing I'v taken has helped and it keeps getting worse thank you
