GOODMORNING DOC I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CHLAMEDIA 2 WEEKS AGO.I WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS TO INTAKE FOR 2 WEEKS.I DID DRINK THE MEDS THE WAY I WAS INSTRUCTED.2 DAYS AFTER I FINISHED MY MEDS I HAVE ITCHY RUSH ON MY VAGINA AND A WHITE DISCHARGE.I HAVEN T HAVE SEX YET.CAN YOU PLEASE.

This is most likely a result of vaginal yeast infection.
Itching and discharge are symptoms of yeast infection. Yeast infection is likely since you were recently on a 2 weeks course of Oral antibiotics; yeast infections are common in those who are on broad spectrum antibiotics.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole vaginal tablets once daily for 7 days.
A single dose of an Oral antifungal e.g fluconzole is also curative. Oral antifungals are prescription drugs
