My two year old boy has been complaining his butt hurts and itching at it for a little while now and I just went to change his diaper and seen a little blood on his diaper so I started looking better and he had his finger in his butt hole and it started bleeding alot why would he be bleeding

Hi it looks like your son is having worms in his tummy. The continuous itching must have caused the bleeding. I would suggest you to deworm him. Syp. Zentel ( Albendazole) 5ml once in the night and Syp. Pin X once in the night. Repeat this medicine after 2 weeks. If your son is less than 2 years of age consult your doctor before giving him the medicines. Also change his sheets and sterilize them in hot water. I hope this helps. I wish your son good health :)
