What Causes Itching Sensation And Pain In Lower Back?
Four days ago my skin on my lower back began to itch. Three days ago I began having back pain it felt like a tearing/pulling. I was able to ignore it as long as I didn t lean or bend forward. Today I noticed I have a rash on my abdomen adjacent to the pain in my back. Pain in lower back has gotten worse.

From history it seems that you might be having Herpes Zoster, initially produced burning, pain on the back and now rash is appeared in nerve root line.
As 4-5 days passed, antiviral oral medicine might not be effective.
Take analgesic medicine like Ibuprofen, paracetamol combination medicine as and when require.
This diease is self limiting, it will be alright within a week.
If problem persisted, consult your doctoe and get examined.
