What Causes Itching Sensation And Skin Dryness On Scrotum?

Thanks... i have an itchy scrotum.. for some time now.. perhaps even over a year.. one day, after showering, i noticed blood dripping on the towel. Doctor said it was nothing to worry about. It seems to be a pimple. I noticed today, the area skin is flakey.. and upon removing the dead skin, it began to bleed again... as in a pimple. What do you think?

Hello and welcome again,
Dry flaky skin over scrotum which bleeding on removal is not indicative of a pimple.
The symptoms suggest a skin disorder called psoriasis.
Please do not remove the flaky skin else the underlying skin will bleed.
I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment for definitive diagnosis.
Psoriasis is a skin condition wherein the turn over of the skin is high and rapid turn over of skin leads to flaky skin.

Thanks and take care
