i have recently had anal sex with my boyfriend and I have found that from the last 3 days my bottom is very itchy and sore, and I have a constant stinging pain down there, also when I use the toilet I find that yellow gunk like stuff comes out of my bottom, what could this be? As it is very painful

It could be a fungal infection. As a first line management you can apply anti fungal like clotrimazole after cleaning with soap and water. If symptoms persist you have to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
