What Causes Itching Sensation And Swollen Lumps On Penis?
sir my penis is itchy nd swallon lumps also present which causes itching and on foreskin its very dry ie. a white dots/like powder partcles appear also affected from itch almost evry part of my body especially on hands between fingers, a white coloured round like things appear which cause itch please help me weather this a penile cancer also seeks the remedial action

White areas with itching on several body parts indicates presence of fungal infection. Prolonged use of steroids or antibiotics, general lack of hygiene, hormone imbalance etc can cause such fungal growth.
I would advise you to take Fluconazole 150 mg (Fole) once a day for 10 days. Drink lots of fluids. Keep good personal hygiene measures while restricting long hot tub baths, bubble baths, scented soaps and perfumes usage. Avoid tight clothing and switch to cotton clothes. If you are taking antibiotics or steroids for long time, a consultation with the prescribing doctor is advised.
The itchiness negates the presence of cancer as cancerous lesions are more often symptom-free unless in the very advanced age. If you do not feel better in a week, you should visit a physician for physical examination and further investigations.
