General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a generalised urticaria. As a first line management you can take over the counter available antihistamines like cetrezine for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
