What Causes Itching Sensation In Both Palms, Rarely Leading To Blisters?

The palm of both my hands keep itching. Once even little blisters broke out in the center of one. My M.D. said it looked like an allergy to something, problem for me is, I haven t changed anything. Nothing new in meds.,detergent for laundry or soaps. What are your thoughts? Thanks, Delena

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.

I recommend using antihistamines daily such as Levocetirizine.

I also recommend using steroid cream for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
