What Causes Itching Sensation On Upper Lip Inspite Of Taking Primosa For Atopic Dermititis?
so my derm prescribed cutisoft for my atopic dermititis on my upper lip area(below nose) and neck. i have been using it for a week now and there is not much difference. he asked me to use it with an equal amount of nivea cream twice a day. also he has prescribed primosa capsules after breakfast and allegra after dinner. i have itching in those areas most often. please help!
If you have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis then you should continue with cutisoft cream and nivea cream.
You must undergo allergic testing and detailed thoroughly examination by dermatologist if you do not get relief.
You might also require topical and oral corticosteroids with topical antifungal cream or ointments with other antihistamines and supportive treatment to get rid off itching.
So,it would be better you consult dermatologist or allergic specialist for prescription of this drugs.
Thanks and regards,
