General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description, it seems to be related any of following conditions
crack or inflammation due to friction
ingrowing of hair
Fissure in Ano
infected anal gland

In my opinion you should apply anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine and keep it moist and aerated
You should avoid constipation by taking laxative or still softeners until it heals completely
Sitz bath twice daily is advisable.
maintain good hygiene, shave it if you have grown up hairs

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes
