What Causes Itchy And Burning Bumps On The Outer Left Arm Near Elbow?
Hi! My husband has bumps on his outer left arm near his elbow. He says they itch and burn. They are hard and feel like pretty high bumps. They start in one small spot and then when he itches them they spread all over that arm only. Some of them look like they have white color under them. Do you know what this could be?

Sudden itching and bump like swelling could be due to any allergy or insect bite. Any history of fever or rash elsewhere should be ruled out.
White colour in the bumps could be due to pus collection. Consider oral antihistamines and the local application of antibiotic cream.
