What Causes Itchy And Burning Rash On The Chest, Arms And Stomach?
I have had a skin rash for several months. My doctor has given me Prednisone to clear it up and that seems to work for a week or so. The rash is on my chest, arms, belly, and legs. Is very itchy and burns at times. Heat and sweating seem to make it worse.

Your symptoms seem to be related to heat rash.
I suggest using hydrocortisone cream for local application.
I also recommend using Cetirizine to relieve the itching.
