General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need to get them reviewed as these can be viral warts, but fungal lesions should also be ruled out. I suggest seeking a dermatologist review as well as getting uric acid done to rule out tophi of gout in skin underneath. History doesn't match with plantar fascitis but still is a possibility. Meanwhile using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with soft foot wear and heel pads can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
