Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Itchy and inflamed breakout of acne, what you are having, is due to the cutaneous reaction as a result of skin infection.
Kindly do the following to overcome it. 1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily. 2. After drying, apply Clindamycin cream over the lesions as a thin layer. 3. Take a tablet. Levocetirizine once a day to control itching. 4. Avoid exposure to dirt or dust. 5. Maintain a good personal hygiene.
Gradually your symptoms should subside and be back to normal.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Ashakiran S
