What Causes Itchy And Painful Grayish Patch On Labia Minor?

Hi. Im 19 and I discovered a flat greyish patch on one side of my labia minor. It s not painful or itchy or anything, so Im not worried too much. It s Just weird that it appeared now. I ve never seen it before and I believe I would have if I had it. What could it be??

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For yeast infection i would recommend using anti fungal creams like clotrimazole for local application. But if you had unprotected sexual intercourse recently then problems like syphilis should be ruled out by consulting a dermatovenerologist.
