What Causes Itchy And Red Rashes On The Lower Legs?
I HAVE HIVES ON BOTH MY LEGS LOWER PART WHICH I THOUGHT WERE FROM SHAVING, HOWEVER THATS BEEN THREE DAYS AND THE RASH IS VERY RED AND ITCHY AND WHEN I SCRATCH IT GETS VERY RED WHAT CAN THIS BE FROM? I AM A NORMAL HEATHLY PERSON LAST BLOOD WORK WAS GOOD. R

The symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis. I suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg daily to relieve the itching. I also recommend using Calamine lotion for local application.
