General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection like bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia.
I would suggest to consult your gynecologist and undergo examination and vaginal swab test to confirm cause.
Following treatment will help you:
Single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner
Avoid perfumed soap, chemical cosmetics and douching
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
