What Causes Itchy Ankles And Wrist For My 8-year-old Daughter?

so my daughter is 8 years old. she is complaining of itchy on her ankles and wrist. she also says they ache. she is also complaining about her mouth hurting her. it looks like she has been biting her cheek. I am not sure if this is all related or if multiple things are going on. also wondering if she should go to the doctor

Itchy painful ankles and wrists and painful mouth can be due to hand foot and mouth disease. This is a viral infection that is generally self-limiting and no specific treatment is needed. She should take pain killers and plenty of fluids and should feel better in a few days.
