What Causes Itchy Black Spots All Over The Back?
My back is completely covered with these black spots, looks like moles or skin tags, but I can scrape them off with my finger nail. and it appears to me that is just oil and dirt even though I shower on a regular basis. Now they are beginning to itch like crazy. What is this and what can I do correct the problem?
