What Causes Itchy Blister On The Tip Of Penis?

For the last 3 days I am having a itching sensation on the tip of my penis. When I checked it, I found small blisters on the head. I have had no sexual contact for past one month. The most likely reason for this infection seems to be dirty underwear, as I hav been travelling extensively for the past few weeks and had to compromise on changing a fresh underwear every day. Please tell me a remedy for this, as I don t want it to get any worse.

THanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problems you are having is mild infection of the skin of your penis. Kindly take care of your personal hygiene is it is essential to get rid of such infections.
Please do the following to overcome the infection:
1. Wash the area with warm water and mild antiseptic like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying apply Neomycin skin cream over the lesions.
3. Take Tablet. Levocetrizine to control itch.
Wear loose fitting underwear during night so as to provide good ventilation. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
