i have a big lump the size of a pea inside of my foreskin. it started out as a little bump then i squeezed it like a zit and nothing so i ignored it. i woke up the day after and it got bigger, now 2 days after the initial bump. there is a large mass inside the walls of my foreskin and it is bleeding semi red fluid that smells terrible. i attempted to drain the fluid with a needle and the lump is hard almost like plastic. nothing came out. what is this?
