What Causes Itchy Body While On Combiflam For Fever?

Hey‚ i had taking combiflame for last 3 days because of my mild fever . but last night i was wake up by itching all over my body.. Then i frequently taken the bath but after that .. I not found any solution... Please suggest me any remedy to cure it..

Hello,

The itchy body after intake of ibuprofen containing combiflam indicates body reaction or sensitivity to the drug molecule. Bathing is not going to help any more as it is a systemic issue and need following measures to march ahead:
- Anti histamine as diphenhydramine or cetrizine for itching purpose
- Stop further doses intake of combiflam, instead use plain paracetamol or acetaminophen for fever control

Follow up after 24 hours of above or early as per the need, as if the itching remains, you may need a steroid shot as well.
