What Causes Itchy Breast And Bumpy Nipple?

I have one very itchy breast. I have had creams and 2 biopsies and a mammogram and ultrasound. No-one can figure it out. My concern is inflammatory breast cancer . Sometimes the nipple gets bumpy and other times it is ok. Any ideas on what is the cause?

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition may be likely in my opinion you can try "Beclomethasone" cream you can even wait for some time because this may get alright, hope this information helps, take care.
