What Causes Itchy Bruises On Outer Thigh?

About 2 months ago, I found I had bruises on the left outter thigh. It itched badly. I looked up what could be causing this and it said a sever trauma can cause nerve damage and the itching is the nerves coming back. So I thought nothing of it. I ve tried to not itch. I just looked at my leg and there is a big black, red and brown discoloration exactly where it was before and itches BAD. Now, this time, I KNOW I didn t do anything to bruise it. I m starting to get worried it s more serious...
