General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to many medical conditions including atopic dermatitis or scabies. A photo or a visit to the dermatologist is needed for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine to relieve the itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
