Hi I was visiting Nasville Tennessee after some intense rains. I was outside briefly while my friend was barbequing and began to itch horribly. It was dark but I assume that there were mosquitoes but that night and now days later there are hundreds of small bumps forming a small rash around my neck
Thank you for sharing your query on Healthcaremagic, I have carefully worked through your case and I think you are developing an allergic reaction due some environmental allergens or bugs bites, I recommend you take some antihistamines 2-3 times a day x 3 days, apply cold compresses 3-4 times a day x20 minutes fallowed the steroid cream like triamcinolone or hydrocortisone OTC, drink enough fluids, take some vitamins supplements and keep the area clean, do not scratch to avoid the skin break getting further complications.
