What Causes Itchy Bumps Around The Anal Region?

I ve been having extreme itching in the anal area going up all the way which started more than a month ago. I ve been using hemorrhoid products as well as recently coconut oil. It now appears that there are several bumps around the beginning of the crack. The coconut oil does help for a bit as well as hydrocortisone cream but it does not go away. I was having 3 or so bowel movements a day for a while which I think brought on this but it just won t go away. Also, is there a normal or abnormal color to try and look for?
