What Causes Itchy Bumps At The Site Of Sutures?
I Cut my hand between my 4th and 5 th digits and it required four stitcheS. Even though I am on antibiotics I have developed a few very itchy bumps around the area where the stitches were placed. Is this an allergic reaction ? I feel like I ve gotten a new one since I woke up this morning. Should I go see a doctors again tomorrow ?

Itching around the sutures can be due to allergic reaction against the suture material.
However, a clinical assessment is required to know the exact nature of the itchy lesions.
Infection is unlikely since you are already on antibiotics.
If the incision site has healed up, the sutures can be removed by your primary healthcare provider and the itchy lesions can be observed.
If the sutures are due to allergy, they should disappear after removal of sutures.
